TICKETS purchased on-line may be picked up when you arrive for your first screening. Please show your ticket confirmation to the volunteers at the box office.

DOCPASS entitles you to one ticket per screening at all Stratford City Hall performances during DocFest Stratford 2009.

You may pick up your pass when you arrive at City Hall for your first film. Report to the volunteers selling tickets, sign your name on our pass list, and receive a pass in exchange for this note.

A ticket is still required for admission to each screening. So when you arrive at Stratford City Hall for each documentary, show your pass to the volunteers at the desk and they will give you your ticket. Please arrive at least fifteen minutes before the film starts, as DocFest reserves the right to sell unclaimed seats just prior to each screening.

Security
Docfest uses the Security Socket Layer for any sensitive information (i.e. credit card details) which is an industry standard security process for encrypting such sensitive information. For any other information collected, Docfest is also committed to protecting your privacy. Security procedures, such as passwords, restricted access and secured servers have been implemented to protect disclosure, copying, unauthorized access or modification to information stored.

Sharing Information
Docfest does not buy or sell consumer information. Any personal information collected will only be used as explained in this policy and as required by law. In the event that a third party may need to access any personal information, the visitor will be given the option to receive additional materials from such third parties.
